What states do you serve?

I currently provide telepsychiatry services to clients located in California and North Carolina.

No. All appointments are currently virtual for convenience and accessibility.

At this time, I work with adolescents ages 12+ and adults.

Rooted in Wellness specializes in low to moderate acuity care and may not be the best fit for severe psychiatric instability requiring higher levels of care.

Do you prescribe medication?

Yes, medication may be recommended when clinically appropriate as part of your treatment plan.

No. Treatment plans are highly individualized and may include therapy-informed care, lifestyle strategies, nervous system regulation, and medication when appropriate.

When clinically appropriate, ADHD medications may be considered after comprehensive evaluation and medical screening.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. Insurance options are available through Headway.

Yes. Private pay options may also be available depending on your preferences.

Appointments are booked securely through, Headway, our online platform.
